Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in inpatient behavioral health setting, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues
• Update and manage patient records
• Enter and interpret computerized data
• Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC's nursing organization
• Assist the leadership team in quality improvement projects
