Interdynamics Inc. in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Talent Recruiter to help identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage 5-10 requisitions concurrently. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and guide offers and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Skilled recruiting experience in Behavioral Health.
• Strong negotiation skills to leverage competitive offers.
• Understanding of employee orientation, talent management, and succession planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
• Ability to manage placement of candidates for 5-10 requisitions at a time
• Ability to work on projects with short timelines - Must adhere to productivity demands
• Team with recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, interviewing to offers
• Salary negotiations and review of employment terms with selected candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
