Job summary

Interdynamics Inc. in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Talent Recruiter to help identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage 5-10 requisitions concurrently. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and guide offers and negotiations.

The role features a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, EAP, PTO, and employee discounts. No weekends; typical Monday–Friday work hours.

Qualifications

• Skilled recruiting experience in Behavioral Health.
• Strong negotiation skills to leverage competitive offers.
• Understanding of employee orientation, talent management, and succession planning processes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
