Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a highly energized Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You will conduct recruitment activities from sourcing to offering for roles ranging from entry to middle management, collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.

The role offers consultative services such as workforce planning, service level agreements, reporting, and sourcing strategy development, while delivering a professional candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with three years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent.
• Healthcare talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday and ATS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify candidates to fill new and vacant positions.
• Manages interviewing, screening, decision making, offers, and drug screening.
• Guide onboarding to ensure colleague acclimation and retention.
• Maintain employer brand to attract diverse top talent.
• Source up to 25% and build talent pipelines through networking.
