• Associate degree in human resources, sales or marketing, business administration or similar field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or similar in acute medical or psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume recruitment and onboarding support.
• Conduct preliminary screenings, interviews and testing.
• Route applications to Hiring Managers; maintain employment records and systems.
• Track onboarding progress through probation period; ensure confidentiality of employee and patient information.
