The ideal candidate will drive monthly hiring targets, collaborate with managers, and enhance the candidate experience while staying compliant with employment laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven success in full life-cycle recruitment including management of multiple high-need roles.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruiting and hiring for Advantage Behavioral Health Services.
• Develop and implement overall recruiting strategy with Senior Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill department needs and meet monthly hiring targets.
• Assist with on-site and external hiring events and outreach.
• Build relationships with schools and institutions to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
• Leverage social media for recruiting reach and improve candidate experience.
• Provide feedback to improve recruitment processes; stay updated on employment laws.
