Job summary

Dietz and Watson in Baltimore, MD seeks a Human Resources Recruiter responsible for all recruitment duties at the facility. This role collaborates with management on employee relations, safety, training, record keeping, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Key duties include overseeing recruiting in Baltimore, coordinating vendors, onboarding, posting jobs in Cadient ATS, and supporting HR functions such as benefits and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Experience with an HRIS system (Kronos/UKG) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all of the company’s recruiting needs in Baltimore and be the main contact for all Baltimore supervisors.
• Lead and coordinate all recruiting efforts within the HR department.
• Conduct new employee orientations including paperwork, safety training, and benefits enrollment.
• Serve as the main contact for temporary agencies and recruitment vendors.
• Coordinate temporary employees’ onboarding, hiring and termination for the Baltimore facility.
• Post jobs in Cadient (ATS) and recruit via other channels as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop job descriptions and support HR functions.
