Job summary

The Humana Inc. CenterWell Senior Primary Care in The Villages, FL seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care operations, analytics, and strategy, reporting to the National BH Director of Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or social work.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (bridging clinical leadership and product development).
• Experience in developing performance dashboards with metric definitions and data-driven insights.
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and ability to connect stakeholders across a complex organization.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance including access, quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and data integrations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact and performance to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Partner with EMR product team, clinical analytics, Medical Economics, and other stakeholders to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support program implementation and adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on operational, process improvement, and strategic needs.
