Job summary

Essentia Health seeks an Operations Manager for Behavioral Health to optimize patient access, clinical quality and financial outcomes. The role leads teams, manages schedules, and drives engagement while aligning staffing with volumes and performance targets.

The position is onsite with travel to multiple locations; requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare leadership, or an associate degree in nursing with BS planned within 3 years, and 3 years of healthcare

Responsibilities

• Manages fill rates, physician and APP schedules and templates daily.
• Oversees patient access and escalations to ensure timely care.
• Coaches staff and conducts development conversations.
• Participates in PDSA and improvement activities.
• Contributes to long-range financial and capital planning.
