Job summary

Confidential Behavioral Health Organization is seeking a Director of Operations to lead daily outpatient services in a fast-paced environment. This onsite leadership role requires guiding admissions, staff development, and continuous process improvement while partnering with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership in behavioral health or healthcare operations, with a hands-on management style and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and outpatient behavioral healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of a busy outpatient behavioral health program.
• Develop processes to improve workflow, patient experience and overall performance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train and mentor staff; provide coaching and accountability.
• Oversee admissions and ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.
• Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations to support census growth.
• Partner with executive leadership to set goals and drive operational performance.
