Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EMS, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in EMS or related field with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Current EMT certification by the Tennessee Dept. of Public Health EMS.
• CPR–BLS certification (AHA or organizations).
• Current and active Motor Vehicle Operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Partner with leaders to support safe, high-quality behavioral health services.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, productivity, and coverage.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to team members.
• Assist with onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support incident response, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and performance management.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in leadership and organizational improvement meetings.
• Maintain readiness for surveys, audits, and compliance reviews.
