Essentia Health seeks an Operations Manager for Behavioral Health to optimize patient access, clinical quality and financial outcomes. The role leads teams, manages schedules, and drives engagement while aligning staffing with volumes and performance targets.

The position is onsite with travel to multiple locations; requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare leadership, or an associate degree in nursing with BS planned within 3 years, and 3 years of healthcare

Provides leadership to assigned colleagues, monitors engagement, recruitment and retention best practices, and initiatives. The Manager is responsible for achieving financial targets related to staff productivity, physician and advanced practice productivity, and ensures assigned areas are staffed according to volumes.
