Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in operations management.
• Experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings preferred.
• EMS/healthcare background with regulatory awareness.
• EMT certification and CPR certification are expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility and operational activities for efficient service delivery.
• Partner with leaders to support safe, high‑quality behavioral health services.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, and coverage; coach staff.
• Lead onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Identify challenges and implement effective solutions; monitor KPIs.
• Support incident response, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in leadership meetings and regulatory readiness activities.
