Charlie Health is seeking a driven Outreach professional in Champaign, IL who will build and manage relationships with clinical partners and referral sources. The role focuses on going into the field 4-5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, and drive partnerships while representing Charlie Health with energy and integrity.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to achieve go-to-market goals.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Champaign / Danville / Decatur, IL
• Fluent in English
• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership is a plus
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance
• Able to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Strong project management skills to manage details in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new markets
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Travel to meet patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and form partnerships
• Design strategies to engage referral partners
• Expand penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing/product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success and legal to reach GTM goals
