Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services, an 80-bed behavioral health facility in Benton, AR, is hiring a Call Center Specialist for Monday–Friday 8 am–4:30 pm. You will coordinate admission functions, provide crisis intervention info by phone, gather data, and schedule no-charge assessments to support the Admissions team.

Responsibilities include inputting data into Med Series 4, verifying insurance, monitoring referrals, and assisting in reducing wait times.

Qualifications

• RN is highly preferred for this position.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission functions and provide crisis intervention by phone.
• Gather telephonic information and schedule no-charge assessments.
• Input data into Med Series 4 promptly and accurately.
• Monitor faxes and referral systems to increase admissions and reduce wait times.
• Verify insurances and support Admissions team with information.
• Collaborate with Admissions RNs and Intake Counselors.
