Qualifikationen

• RN is highly preferred for this position.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; HS diploma/GED required.
• At least 1 year in a fast-paced call center environment preferred.
• Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred with strong phone skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication; ability to interact with diverse populations.

• Input data into Med Series 4 promptly and accurately.
• Assist in monitoring faxes and referrals to boost admissions and reduce wait times.
