Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas is seeking a Call Center Specialist to coordinate admission functions, provide crisis intervention, and collect data for timely assessments. You will input information into Med Series 4 and support the Admissions team with insurance verification and referrals.

The role emphasizes strong phone etiquette, empathy, and precise data entry in a fast-paced psychiatric setting. This full-time role requires teamwork with RNs and intake counselors.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse is highly preferred for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• One year in a fast-paced call center environment preferred.
• Strongly preferred: insurance verification, telephonic skills, and data entry.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission functions as directed by the Director of Assessment and Referral.
• Provide crisis intervention services to potential patients via phone.
• Collect data from inquiry calls and assessments and input into systems.
• Verify insurances and provide information to the Admissions team.
