Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests and respond to their needs.
• Provide switchboard coverage and route calls to staff.
• Enforce Covid protocols for patient and staff protection.
• Distribute initial paperwork to admissions for assessment.
• Notify Nursing Dept. of discharges and verify ID of the person picking up.
• Coordinate and serve as gatekeeper for visitors and family visitations.
• Complete required training (at least 6 hours, in increments).
