Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services seeks a weekend Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, and support admissions at our Benton, AR facility. The role requires calm, compassionate interaction with patients, families, and staff.

You will manage the switchboard, enforce Covid protocols, distribute forms, and assist with visitor coordination. A high school diploma, typing 40 WPM, and solid office skills are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED completed.
• Must type 40 WPM or better.
• Solid office and phone skills with good organization.
• Legible handwriting is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests and respond to their needs.
• Provide switchboard coverage and route calls to staff.
• Enforce Covid protocols for patient and staff safety.
• Distribute initial paperwork to Admissions for assessment.
• Notify Nursing of discharges and verify ID of family members.
• Coordinate and gatekeep Visitors during Family Visitations.
• Training may require about 6 hours in increments.
