Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or to be obtained.
• TB test and background check required prior to employment.
• BACB RBT certification is required or to be obtained.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Patient, compassionate, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Support a BCBA by applying evidence-based teaching techniques.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and follow program protocols during sessions.
