Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. Training is provided so you are equipped even if you lack experience. The role demands patience, physical stamina, and teamwork to support children and families in our care.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
