Job summary

MeBe is seeking a caring Behavior Technician to deliver in‑home or center‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll follow treatment plans from BCBA supervisors, record progress in Central Reach, clock in/out, and help with meals, bathroom breaks, and daily tasks. Training to become an RBT is provided, with growth opportunities within the MeBe Family.

Part‑time shifts are available. You’ll receive paid training, mentoring from clinical staff, and comprehensive benefits as you develop

Qualifications

• Part‑time shifts available and consistent weekday availability.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; MeBe helps you obtain it within 45 days.
• TRICARE certification is preferred.
• Background in child care is advantageous; teaching, counseling, or babysitting valued.
• Must pass a background check and be able to work with computers.
• CPR/BLS certification required before working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings at home or at the Learning Center.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with BCBA assessments as needed.
• Record the kiddo’s behavior and progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in, submit notes, and clock out to align with ABA and insurer rules.
• Help keep the workplace safe, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Assist with lunches, bathroom breaks, and diaper changes as required.
• Support site director and supervisors with tasks and treatment planning.
• Ask questions and raise concerns to supervisors and share ownership of care.
