Job summary

MeBe is a provider delivering evidence-based therapies for children with autism in California. The team emphasizes training, supervision, and hands-on support to launch a career in Behavior Therapy and grow professionally.

As a Behavioral Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with kids in their home or at a MeBe Learning Center, following BCBA plans to build communication and daily living skills. Paid training to become an RBT, and ongoing mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• Background check clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting with autistic ke
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication and social skills.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and document data in Central Reach.
• Record and clock in/out in accordance with ABA and provider regulations.
• Help keep the workspace organized and support families during sessions.
• Assist with lunches, bathroom breaks, and classroom tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Site Director and Supervisors on treatment planning and goals.
