Job summary

MeBe is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to work with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement 1:1 behavior and communication programs, under BCBA supervision, at our learning center in Bellevue, WA.

You will receive paid training to pursue RBT certification, shadow seasoned staff, and grow professionally in a supportive MeBe Family environment. Part-time shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• RBT/ CBT certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of employment with MeBe assistance.
• Background check clearance required for employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics or Human Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach 1:1 behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to kiddos with autism.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication and play skills.
• Record progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out and document session notes per ABA and insurance regulations.
• Help maintain a safe, organized work environment and support families.
