Job summary

MeBe is a growing provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism. We offer paid RBT training and close mentorship to help you start a career in Behavior Therapy.

As a Behavior Technician at MeBe, you’ll work 1:1 with children, support BCBA plans, and accurately record progress. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork across our learning centers and remote trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT within 45 days of employment (MeBe will help).
• TRICARE certification is preferred.
• Background check required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Pediatrics or Human Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting for children with autism.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to improve communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
• Record child progress in Central Reach and assist with BCBA assessments.
• Clock in/out and submit session notes to comply with ABA and insurance requirements.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean work environment.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes as needed.
• Support site directors and supervisors with tasks and treatment planning.
