Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing evidence-based behavior plans under a BCBA. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

You’ll assist in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, while ensuring safety and comfort as clients move and participate in activities. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Sitting down and standing up from the floor or chair many times throughout the work day.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
• Running or moving quickly as needed for safety and interaction with clients.
