Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing evidence-based behavior plans under a BCBA, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required (or willing to obtain).
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
