Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtained during onboarding.
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test within onboarding.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collaborate with a BCBA to apply evidence-based teaching techniques.
Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
Maintain patient, compassionate demeanor and adapt strategies as needed.
