Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our Denver clinic, under Masters-level clinicians. You will implement intervention plans and collaborate with families to report progress consistently.

Training is provided to obtain RBT certification, with ongoing development in ABA practices. We offer paid training, loan repayment options, and opportunities across related therapy and psychology fields, plus a guaranteed minimum

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification.
• Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Child Development or Psychology.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment; paid training provided.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Must meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand, kneel, walk; sit in a chair or on floor as needed.
• Computer and tablet literacy.
• Ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligning with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
