Soar Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for young children in our Denver clinic. You will implement plans crafted by our Masters-level clinicians and monitor progress with families. Compensation includes potential raises and ongoing RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required as verified by resume or BACB attestation.
• Preference for enrollment/completion of related degree programs (child development/psychology).
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification with paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in clinic.
• Follow intervention plans developed by Masters-level clinicians.
• Maintain communication with families about progress within ABA framework.
• Participate in ongoing training in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
