Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver, CO is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2–6, applying ESDM principles under supervision of Masters-level clinicians. You will help families understand progress and stay compliant with ABA standards.

The role includes paid RBT training, a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time staff, and opportunities for career growth across related fields. Rolling applications and strong team support are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks (paid training).
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Experience with children and enjoyment in working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and maintain RBT certification.
