Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Englewood, CO is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6. You will work under Masters-level clinicians and help implement intervention plans in our clinic, while building strong family partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CO Springs requires RBT certification.
• Willing to enroll or complete degree program; degrees in Child Development or Psychology preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks; paid training provided.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 in clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters‑level clinicians, in line with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay up‑to‑date with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
