Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, following the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and ABA principles.

You will implement plans from Masters-level clinicians, document progress for families, and participate in ongoing RBT training to maintain certification. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification must be obtained within first 6 weeks of employment (training provided).
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Previous experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to ABA standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligning with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families and provide progress updates within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA therapy practices and RBT certification.
