Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our Westminster, CO clinic. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians and work closely with families to track progress.

We support RBT certification within 6 weeks, offer comprehensive benefits, and guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time roles. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred enrollment/completion of a degree program in Child Development or Psychology.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment; training provided.
• CO Springs location requires RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT practices.
