Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Therapist/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our Denver clinic, guided by ESDM principles. You will work with Masters-level clinicians to ensure fidelity to ABA techniques and maintain open communication with families about progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT)
• Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program (Child Development, Psychology or related fields preferred)
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (training provided by Soar)
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
• Must have reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential
• Must meet physical requirements: sit/stand frequently, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor, move around during sessions
• Computer and tablet literacy
• Ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligning with ABA principles
• Foster relationships with families and update them on child progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with ABA therapy advancements and RBT certification
• Join a multi-disciplinary team to support child development and treatment goals
