Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 using the ESDM/ABA framework. You will work with Masters-level clinicians, implement treatment plans, and monitor progress with families, while advancing your RBT credentials.

The role offers paid training, potential for growth, and a collaborative work environment focused on evidence-based autism care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification).
• Preference for enrollment/completion of a degree program; bonus for degrees in Child Development or Psychology.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment (training provided).
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligning with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on child progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
