Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. You will implement clinician-crafted intervention plans, support families with progress updates, and participate in ongoing training to advance ABA practice and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT).
• Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program; degrees in Child Development or Psychology encouraged.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks (training provided).
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
• Must have reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Must meet physical requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on floor, move between positions.
• Computer and tablet literacy
• Ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA and RBT certification.
