Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment programs across CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth settings. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction for CARD patients.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CARD training completion, and ASD experience preferred. Roles offer growth from BT to advanced positions with multi-site opportunities and weekend or holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in small groups under supervision.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Record data on patient progress with accuracy.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families.
• Pursue ongoing training for clinical excellence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Comply with HIPAA requirements and CARD policies.
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
