Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated professionals to join our mission-driven team as Behavior Technicians. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under supervision across the CARD center, patients’ homes, schools, and community settings, including telehealth.

For this role, a High School Diploma is required; you will undergo CARD training and a field evaluation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under supervision.
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards and document progress.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Support treatment across multiple settings (center, home, school, community, telehealth).
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures and seek growth opportunities.
