Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking qualified Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for CARD patients and families under supervision. Roles may operate in CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, with diverse settings and flexible part-time schedules.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, passing CARD Training, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards and document progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and HIPAA compliance.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to policies.
