Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA treatment under supervision across clinics, homes, and schools. This role offers diverse locations and a pathway to BCBA growth, with supportive training and a pathway to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 or group environments.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in daily activities.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to stakeholders.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
