Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth. You’ll work under a Clinical Supervisor to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and must complete CARD training; empathy, clear communication, and reliability are essential. Part-time schedules, competitive pay, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Provide treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
