Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, following ESDM principles.

You will work under Masters-level clinicians, participate in ongoing training, and help families track progress. A paid training period for RBT certification will be provided, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time roles and regular opportunities for raises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification; paid training provided.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training for ABA therapy and RBT certification.
