Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our Denver-area clinic. You will implement clinician-developed plans, stay aligned with ABA principles, and communicate progress to families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with BACB attestation for RBT.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program preferred; degrees in Child Development or Psychology bonus.
• RBT certification required within first 6 weeks; Soar provides paid training.
• Must have previous experience with children and reliable transportation.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 lbs) and be able to sit/stand, move quickly, and use a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, ensuring ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on child progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
