Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 at our clinic. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians and support families throughout the treatment process.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and aim to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks; CO Springs location requires RBT. We offer comprehensive benefits, guaranteed hours for full-time roles, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BACB attestation for RBT certification is acceptable.
• Preference for enrollment/completion of a degree in Child Development or Psychology.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment; paid training provided.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Experience with children and enjoyment working with kids.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand, move quickly.
• Computer and tablet literacy; ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families, updating progress within ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development; stay updated on ABA therapy and RBT practices.
