Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, following ES DM and ABA principles.

You will work under Masters-level clinicians, collaborate with families, pursue RBT certification within 6 weeks (training provided), and enjoy benefits including tuition reimbursement and guaranteed minimum hours for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference for degree in Child Development or Psychology.
• Must obtain RBT certification within first 6 weeks; paid training provided.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
