Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Training program including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential records.
• Maintain accurate and timely records; ensure safety and support for patients.
• Seek personal growth and training opportunities to improve clinical excellence.
• Work across center, patient home, school, community, or telehealth.
