Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD training program including a written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Meet CARD quality standards and deliver ABA-based care.
• Record data on patient progress with accuracy and timeliness.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback into treatment sessions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.
