Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs under a Clinical Supervisor in diverse settings including clinic, home, school, or telehealth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Complete CARD Behavior Technician Training with a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience with individuals with ASD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and reporting.
• Work across multiple settings (center, home, school, telehealth).
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
