Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with autism preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review supervisor feedback and apply it in sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to CARD policies.
